The sudden new sounds almost startled the girl. "Who is there?" Keen ears counted footsteps, breaths, and the sucking that was heard. "Angel." She said softly and pointed in the little boy's direction. As trained, the elf owl flew over the boy and started hooting and flapping her wings madly. "Angel." The girl said again and the owl returned to her shoulder. "Tell me, girl." Was the new command and a series of hoots, clucks, and other noises echoed in her ear like some strange code. "Little boy? I know you are still there. What is your name? I'm Hannah." Called the girl from the beanbag in the boy's direction after listening to the owl�s chatter. "Are you still hungry? I have some preztels we can share."
