Does not matter, captain is responsible for team, so if they altered the condition of the ball and that is proven Inzy is guilty and the penalty for that particular offence is 2 1 day matches or 1 test. On the separate charge of bringing the game into disrepute by the sit in the ban is more hefty. ICC are in an impossible position, if they ban Inzy for ball tampering, all hell is going to break loose unless the ball is shown clearly to have been tampered with which I think we all know by now won't be the case and the ODIs will not go ahead. If they do not ban him and find him guilty then the deduction of 5 runs and subsequent forfeiture of the match was flawed and Hair will have been exposed as at worst racist, at best incompetent.
