Subject: Update on Friday's Event

Highlights:
-Please be in the City by 7:45pm CST
-Please be in your Colors
-Please be ready to Socialize!
-Please have CoB Spam Macros ready to shout for our parade!
-Please bring pets that you can control easily if you are a tamer.
-Please bring fireworks wands if you have them!

-I will need a few of you to stay at the Castle to entertain the guests that we gate in from the various cities that we visit.
-We will be spending 2-3 minutes in the Following Cities. Britain, Moonglow, Vesper, and Skara Brae.
-When we are done we will retire back to the castle for dinner. If you have any announcements to make please see me NOW so that I can allow time for it.

I will need at least 6 members of the city to hand out bags of goodies to our guests after dinner. I will assign you that night to run the different booths that way there is no confusion as to who is doing what. The more citizens we have at the event the easier it will be for everyone!

Ive already submitted this event to the UO site and stratics. Taragon submitted it to stratics events calander and posted about it on the Lake Austin boards. So hopefully the turnout will be high. Lets all work together to add this event to the list of already successful held by the City of Bliss!
