In reply to: Shale 's message, "bear rugs are much nicer..." on 11:42:58 12/16/06 Sat

((Flat side of the blade, across the head. Sorry if that was unclear. ^.^; And I'm also sorry this has taken so long. Jan hasn't been cooperating with me lately, and got caught-up a bit with holiday-ness. *nod* ))

.. Dorjan looked as if he was in no mood to mess around, and he certainly wasn't going to release Shale so easily. As the shifter slunk closer to the ground, Dorjan refused to bend over after him. Giving a rough shake to what he had successfully grabbed in his hand - Shale's neck - he attempted to keep the feline exactly where he wanted him. "Don't fuck with me, cat. I'm no push-over." His pair of fangs flashed as he ground out his words, his anger flaring up again. He released Shale then, or rather threw him towards the floor.

Just as quick as he had been staring down at Shale, he was now looking at Kazan. "Come here and let me take a better look at you." His voice had calmed considerably from the tone he had taken while snapping at Shale, but the edge hadn't entirely dissipated as of yet. He glanced back at Shale briefly. "Shift, human, and get up." As much as he'd seen of the bird and tiger, he had yet to see what the boy looked like in a two-legged form. ..

snarl exposing shimmering white fangs Shale's fear becomes anger once more. pools glaring with intense hate at the one that held him firmly in place. a hiss sounding at the rough shake to his neck, the strength behind it painful. his attempts to flee forgotten as he stiffens preparing to fight only to be thrown to the floor, catching him off guard. Hitting the ground hard, Shale staggers up, whip cord lashing. audits glued to his head enraged though he did seem to hold a little more of a submissive air.

Having been watching in silences all that had been going on Kazan answers instantly his masters command.
"yes master"
dull voids of emerald down cast as he approached painfully. his frame straight and still quite handsome beneath the bruises and dried blood. hair a bit longer then it used to be tangled and hanging in his eyes. his right eye blackened, a glimmer of shame in his glance.
chest bare, lash marks obvious though fading slowly along his back and ribs. this creature now standing once more before the master of the house no longer holding the sparkle of rebellion and self as he had before. his family once more destroyed, ancient sword still in the mistresses cruel hands. beloved Meria gone from him forever...
shifting without hestitation Shale shifts before stepping closer to his master. pools still intence with anger though they for the moment are down cast. his appearance much like his father in his youth. hair short and spiked, muscles flawless, his movements still very feline in nature. many hours of training obvious as well in his form and actions, both pleasure and fighting. just shy of his fathers hieght though he would swiftly grown into it. his jaw set much like Kazan's once proud expression. standing hands held behind his back, feet slightly apart Shale awaits Lord Dorjans next order without a word. a silky shirt sliding along firm chest muscles and tight leather pants showing off down stairs.

.. Shale's attitude was certainly wearing on his nerves. As far as Dorjan was concerned, the young one would need to learn his place very quickly or face a much rougher hand. He'd be lenient for now, if only because he himself was being fairly lazy. He shot the shifter a hard stare once he had finally obeyed before turning to look Kazan over.

He paced around the wolf slowly, eyeing him from top to bottom. There was no mistaking the damage that had been done to his flesh, and obviously his mind as well. It was nice that he was listening now, but this also meant that he'd need to put in some extra effort to get him ready to do anything useful - besides scrubbing the wall and carpet. He stopped when he had made his complete circle, eyes void of any sort of pity for his current state. "You need to get cleaned up firstly, and those wounds need to be bandaged. New clothes as well - those are ruined." Blood was something that would not be tolerated clinging to clothes, especially in a mansion with a new fledgling. The last thing Dorjan needed was another 'casualty' of that boy's.

His gaze shifted to Shale, bored this time. He simply ignored the bad attitude that the kid almost reeked of. "New clothes for you as well." Dismissively, he glanced towards the door. "Down to the quarters with the pair of you. I expect you both cleaned up, bandaged, and in new clothes within the hour. Meet me in the library before then. If I have to get someone to find you, it won't be very pleasant." There wasn't any way out of the mansion without someone knowing before it happened now, and if either of them wandered off and got into trouble, well, again, there was still the demon and the fledgling wandering around the place. "It's in your best interest to move your hides." ..
