I don't recall a Scott Van Bibber, but that don't mean too much with my poor old memory. AS far as I knew we were the only Van Bibbers in Ashland. My family all came from down in Greenup County, out on Tygart Creek. A lot of them are still out there, but most are scattered about the couontry.
