Lemme break it down to you all like this:

Avril busts that "I'm so cool" attitude because she is very insecure and immature--she has alot of inner issues and self esteem problems from school and other things that cause her to act this way...So instead of being humble about things and killing herself to live up to her own high standards, she puts on a front and tells everyone how tough she is when really on the inside she's fighting with herself and it wouldn't surprise me if she wasn't her biggest fan...then all this happens and it's a major boost to her confidence despite being shot down so many times by other companies that she let it go to her head because face it, she needed something to make her feel better about herself, so it did but then she has to front bigger now as not to let it get knocked down--so she has to build herself up more and more so she acts like a jerk about things, theres a fine line between real ego and fake ego--but I can see it because I have alot of friends like this, she has a fake ego due to her constant flip-flopping on what she says and what she is, you can tell how comfortable or uncomfortable someone is due to all the make-up or lack thereof, and because it's obvious that she had been tormented in school and perhaps elsewhere--believe it or not, it does have an effect on people...but she takes it too far and she doesn't know when to shut her trap, she wouldn't be bad if it weren't for that, but until she cools it and becomes real with reality, I don't want to hear what she has to say therefore I will NOT buy anything related to her...but sometimes, we have to look at the big picture of people and see why they do what they do...

P.S. If you ever see her on an interview, watch her fiddle around with her shoelaces or her hair or anything like that, thats one way to see her insecurity, remember: There are some that want peace and some that want war, so many hate without knowing what for, some people have so much but they kill for more and try to dominate those who make them insecure-John Reuben (Now THOSE are some credible, intellegent, well thought out well written lyrics)
