 I would HIGHLY encourage all of the readers and posters on Rockin50s to strongly consider purchasing a copy of this book...you can buy it directly from Mr. Stewart or you can get a copy from Amazon.

There are a ton of great writers when it comes to books about music...be it how they approach a subject or a subject matter or how they write. As I have stated before, Dick Stewart seems to capture incredible, personal details from whomever he is interviewing. The "Eleven Unsung Heroes of Rock and Roll" is no exception. The chapter on Sonny Curtis alone is well work the price of the book.

Any fan of 1950's and 1960's rock and roll should have this book in their collection.
