I have ALWAYS dug that song. It almost has a hint of "soul jazz" in the feel of it. It's another example of Buddy's natural tendency to try different styles, even though there is an interview where he suggests jazz was something he had been avoiding. Yet another sad result of the crash, as he had so many musical worlds to explore.
