Rick, are you referring to incorrect grammar akin to the below copied text?

"Whether that is fair or not, I have enjoyed Mr. Stewart's writing over the years and hopes he corrected the spelling error before the article is published."

I think you meant "Whether that is fair or not, I have enjoyed Mr. Stewart's writing over the years, and I hope that he corrects the spelling error before the article is published."

Or maybe "....and hopefully he will correct the spelling error before the article is published." :-)
