 Mark, I've waited for others to reply, but as no one has I guess it is down to me. I have never heard or read anything about Buddy performing, with or without the Crickets, at the Albert Hall during the 1958 tour. I have never heard or read anything about him playing a piano on stage during the 1958 tour. I have never heard or read anything about him singing the song you mention on or off stage during the 1958 tour.
