Roger was shot on his right side Not hie left according to
Jerry and Barb and the minister who was there at his
autopsy Jerry bought the plane for Roger to use there was nothing wrong with it as the C A B report stated also Jerry
hired someone to go over the wreckage nothing was found
As for the gun it had a hair trigger Larry told me Buddy
came close to shooting him when he was waving it around
in his office the bullet went over his shoulder and into
the wall
