 I am very sorry to hear this.

I spent a wonderful evening with them in their home in 2002, where they showed me such wonderful hospitality and gave me endless ice cold Pepsi on a red-hot July Lubbock night.
Bill and I talked Buddy and The Crickets until it got late and I thought I was overstaying my welcome. I learned lots that night though, and held genuine artifacts of Buddy Holly and The Crickets. I even read through some of their accounts...that was eye opening.

Rest easy, Sharon. Reunited with Bill on an endless cruise. RIP.

I will never forget meeting them. I was in awe of Bill...it was as close as I could get to meeting Buddy, I think.
