Kevin P, I didn't know the story about them spending money they got from backers on personal stuff. That sounds bad.

All I know is what I saw on their youtube channel. What they filmed isn't really broadcast quality. The sound is bad and the video is poor. I doubt any streaming services like netflix would accept their documentary.

They should have spent money on some decent clip-on mics for the interviewees. Maybe better cameras and lighting. Just my opinion.

I was hoping younger people might develop some interest in Buddy's music. The internet is full of twenty-something young women singing "Everyday" with their ukuleles, and young guys demonstrating various Buddy Holly guitar solos on their Stratocasters. But apparently these folks are a minority within their generation.
