I hope you are not suggesting that we should all just sit back and accept outright falsehoods and clear altering of known facts.

Even though we have no real control over the choices the
screenwriter, director and producers make, we should at least
be able to discuss blatant errors without being labeled
"haters".

You may recall that Bill Griggs had a very long list of
mistakes, errors, fibs and shortcuts pertaining to
The Buddy Holly Story.

Discussing such alterations to history can be of help
to younger fans and those that have yet to discover the Holly legacy.
