很特別的現象

媒體中介收入比創作費,服務費大得多,是製作一個廣告的主要收入.

以往大型廣告公司都有自己的媒體部,但近年來各公司的媒體部紛紛獨立,合併,以求更集中火力,整合購買媒體,以獲取更高利潤.

分割了主要收入來源的媒體部,廣告公司唯有單靠服務費,創作費和印刷等支持,收入大減,再遇上現今經濟不景,大部份廣告公司長期處於捉襟見肘的狀態,反之媒體公司受的影響較少.所以曾有"廣告公司裁員減薪,媒體公司集體旅遊獎勵"的說話,甚是無奈.

故此現今大部分媒體職位都應集中於獨立媒體公司,她們大都是由過往廣告公司的媒體部衍生出來,與廣告公司關係密切.

哈...入行之後才知道,三大media　ａｇｅｎｃｙ
ｚｅｎｉｔｈ，ｏｍｄ，和ｍｉｎｄｓｈａｒｅ
ｏｍｄ　同ｍｉｎｄｓｈａｒｅ　今年都派超過一次ｂｏｎｕｓ，同有ｃｏｍｐａｎｙ　ｔｒｉｐ．
ｚｅｎｉｔｈ就最賺錢，　但係就無得派，又無得去：（
