I would like to start by saying that I find it ignorant of the Canadian government that they refuse to accept gun control is a failure and is fundementally flawed.
These are some current numbers from statistics Canada for anyone interested.
All in all I cannot see much change from gun control except for the HUGE discrimination against legal gun owners! It is never right to give the police such sweeping powers without a crime. http://www.statcan.ca/Daily/English/031001/d031001a.htm
