I have a question...I will be starting a new nanny position in April...for 1 child that is 14 months old, in the Chicago area, and the mother is a friend of ours, but she just told me to tell her how much i want to be paid. It's Monday-Friday 9:30-5:00, and there was no mention of her wanting me to do household chores. just to simply watch and care for her daughter. i have daycare, babysitting, and nanny experience, as well as i'm first aid and cpr certified...can someone please help me on how much to ask for...cuz i dont want to go to either extreme, of too high, or too low...please help!!!
