First of all, don't assume anything. Since you already know this woman,it is even more important for you to have a business agreement with her that is in writing that defines your duties, your pay, your benefits, so that you both understand it and it is not a question of what you get paid, when you work, etc. Assuming that it will all be fine because you are already friends, is not always the way it works out.
Before you tell her how much you want, do not assume that since there was no mention of other duties, there will not be any. Ask her very specifically what she wants you to do.

Once you have decided on exactly what your duties will be, then you can figure out a fare wage, but be sure you are looking at the whole picture, and assume nothing.
