Subject: Bratty behavior

I'm the live out nanny of a very bright 23 month old and have been with her since she was 4 months old. She's typically very well-behaved and polite when she's in my care. I went out to eat with her family tonight and was very surprised to find that she exibited extremely bratty behavior in the restaurant. Her parent's actions and reactions to her behavior will ensure that the brattiness continues when she is with them (and believe me, it was NOT pretty). They are not much on establishing limits. They are making it so hard on themselves, and I would love to be able to tell them how it doesn't have to be this way. Any suggestions on how to approach them about this? We are typically pretty open with one another, but I feel that I am a broken record when I talk to them about how children crave limits.
