NOOOOOO you are not being out of Line you are only being Fair , it isnt right for them to use the use of your services and NOT pay you a decent Rate. What area are you in and How many hours per week is the job, the typical nanny makes a Min of 8 $ a hour in most states. some times a weekly rate can be negotiated however they need be fair in that as well. I would suggest you talk to them , tell them you cant live on 150 per week , that you dont want to leave but that there are tons of Families that would love to have you as their Nanny.
