I am trying to get a newsletter printed up that can be given to families. I would like nannies to be able to give this to parents for their information and raises everyday issues bewteen nanny and her boss.

I have been a nanny for 38 yrs, but everything I read is directed to the nanny, and not the parents who don,t seem to know the law or what a nanny does. I think it would be worth while to have a newsletter the covers the issues ,because even thought they hire you many of them have no idea what having a nanny involves and for some reason parents pay more attention to things written down. I would like to know what are the 3 reasons nannies leave a job. For me its 1. Not being paid on time
2. Not being given overtime
3. No raise each year
I am hoping to get some answers from nannies on what you think of my idea?.
