Subject: 3 reasons why you leave a job

Sounds like an interesting idea to me. Maybe you could even submit it to Parenting or Child Magazine where it would get a broader reading base. And definately submit it to Glenda at NAN for our newsletter!

I, for one, will not take a job where they have an issue with OT, as it is required by Federal Law. My feeling always is, if they will violate the law, which can cost them loads of time and money, then they will probably cheat me, too.

My top reasons for leaving a job (parent caused):
1. Lack of respect
2. No disciplinary support from parents
3. Lack of timeliness from parents. They expect me to be on time, but cannot ever seem to get home on time.

Non parent caused:
1. No more kids at home at least part-time.
2. Moving
3. Too great a change in the job description.

Good luck!
