In my opinion get the heck outta dodge! (Or if you are too young to get that cultural reference, get out of there quickly!) That is creepy, it is voyerism and that sounds sick. I do not agree with video taping or audio recording someone without their permission and I even more strongly disagree with putting that info on the web or sharing it with anyone.
If a family ever feels there child is being harmed or not being cared for the way they wish they should discuss it with their caregiver or just plain find a new caregiver. Think about it, if you doubt something it probably best to not mess around, especially if it's your child's welfare in question.
That is not saying you have ever done anything wrong but who would want to work for someone who thinks you have, that is not a healthy situation.
