PHEW! I was wondering if I was just being an idiot.

I wouldn't mind doing small things like emptying the dishwasher if I wasn't EXPECTED to do everything else. It kills me to walk in on a Monday and see what they have left for me. It's so sad that I have to feel so unappreciated. You're right - they DO leave all of the dishes in the sink until the dishwasher is emptied - and even THEN they wait for ME to fill it up again! Even this morning, I walked in to Sweet and Low wrappers on the floor, a full sink, a mess all over the counter of mail and such, and FOOD STILL IN THE TOASTER OVEN from last night!!! I'm sitting here fuming and wondering if I should just leave it there for them to clean later. Do you think it's my responsibility to clean it all???

They pay me well, I can't complain about that - but when we negotiated the salary, ALL OF THIS was not agreed upon. I am so unhappy that I dread coming here every day and it shouldn't be that way.

I think you are right - either I talk to her about it and set some boundaries or I need to make a tough decision.
