Hi,
We do not have salary survey information on the NAN website, I am guessing you may be referencing the INA website which does indeed have that information on it. I believe that in order to get that kind of information from the major payroll companies, the company would actually have to have permission from each client and employee to use their private information in a survey, even if their name were not used, much as a doctor or insurance agency does, even when it is a blind survey. So I doubt that this information is available legally or it would have already been done given that all the major payroll companies are members of or are directly involved with both NAN and INA.
The other aspect of this is that while these companies can advise clients on what is legal, they cannot force them to comply with the law. Often times the average salary/hours worked in any given area may not even be legal by Federal Standards, so it would be of no help what-so-ever to an employer who wanted to be fair and legal and get the best care their money could buy. Remember the saying "You get what you pay for" does not exist for nothing.
