We will be looking for a full-time live out Nanny starting in February 2004 in Virginia Beach, Va. How far in advance should we start our search? Any suggestions with regard to good agencies or web addresses to go through are appreciated. Thanks!

Now is a good time to start contacting agencies and gathering your information, as finding a good live-out nanny that meshes with your family takes time. I can recommend www.nannyclassifieds.com, enannysource.com, and 4nannies.com as web sites to check out. As far as agencies serving your area, I am not familiar enough with your area to be specific, but I would check the NAN website for member agencies in your area, as well as the INA website. Good luck!
Tonya
