I'm wondering what other nannies concider to be fair compensation to travel on vacation with families? How much free time should you get for certain number of hours? What about should the kids be in your room or not? This is a really touchy subject with nannies and I yhink if we all knew what we should ask for we could enjoy our trips!! Thanks

Go to the main web page for NAN, and look at the newsletter that is all about jobs. I wrote an artical on this very topic. It can explain it much better than I could in an e-mail response on a message board.
