I am becoming a nanny and would love some advice because i have never done this before but i have had so much babysitting exp. i love kids but i don't now how to start. Do i need to find a agency and where do i look for one i am located in minnesota. I don't want to move to far away because of grandparents or sick. I need help if you have any advice please contact me Soon.
