I have not personally been in that situation (though I'd like to some day), I do have a friend who brings her infant son to her nanny job daily. She is not paid any less than when she didn't have her son, she is still doing the exact same job for the exact same hours. It is a "bonus" if your employers allow you to bring your child (they certainly don't have to) but I don't think it warrants a reduction in your pay unless your job changes.
