I am currently pregnant with twins and by the time I deliver in Nov. or Dec. my son will be either 14 or 15 monthes. I will be keeping him in his current daycare until I have a Nanny start which will be somtime while I am out on maternity leave(12wks).
My question is what should I expect to pay hourly for someone to come into my home(not overnight)for about 27hrs/wk in the Rochester NY area? I will probably just have them do the bare minimum (feed, clean up after and possibly bathe) so they will be able to focus on taking care of the kids.
Also, if you know of anyone that could possibly give me some insight or resources on where to find a Nanny locally that would be great?
