OK, this is starting to get out of hand. My inbox is filling up with people who (it seems) typed in an incorrect email address....in other words, the confirmation email could not be delivered. That includes MOST of the people who have posted here about problems.

In a couple of cases, people apparently had their Hotmail or other email accounts set up so that "junk" email gets deleted immediately, and is never seen.

I love you all, but I just don't have time to babysit this. I'm also having a hard time getting an answer from PhPbb support about how to re-send the confirmation email.

Here are some suggestions:

1. Before you register, make sure your email account isn't set up to delete junk email automatically.

2. Then when you register, make sure -- double check -- that you typed in your email address properly before you SUBMIT the registration form.

3. If you don't get a confirmation email in ANY of your email boxes (inbox, junk, trash, bulk, etc) within two hours, then you can assume that your registration didn't work, so...

4. Use a different email address and a different user name and try to register again.

If you do ALL of this and you're still having problems, THEN let me know. Otherwise, I just don't have time to handle all these bounced registrations. My kids are starting school tomorrow and we're really busy right now.
