Sorry manong doctor (Steve), it took us 3 months to acknowledge your halohalo announcement, particularly that which concerns the cyf trust fund.
I just want to thank you for the trust and confidence you have for me to be your successor in collecting the contributions of our kadugo here in the US (particularly those who already startted giving and those who made pledges) for the trust fund. would like you to know though that aside from our pledge, we had started our "operation cyf alkansiya" wherein we put all our loose coins together in a jar. It had already been a routine for me to gather all of Dante's change in his pocket when we do the laundry everyweek, or pick up all of the scattered coins in the car. What is even more encouraging is to see our just turned 13-year old daughter, Danielle, concerned and involving herself in the project. She has her own alkansiya too for the fund.
At this point, we are challenging everyone out there (mga kadugo sa US) to offer your support to the trust fund starting even from a daily least coin (from a penny to a dollar or two, a day) that you can save in a special container labeled "CYF Trust Fund". That would definitely be blessed by the Lord (and amazingly, bless you more abundantly too) and make a difference in the planning and implementation of all the programs our kadugo in the Philippines are working hard for, for the glory of the Lord.Whatever amount you saved, or pledge you can offer, you can send them to me (Elsie) maybe on a quarterly basis, every six months or every year, or wqhatever is more convenient for you. Our address was already posted by Steve.
So mga kadugo, Lorraine, & Ted, Boni & Vicky, manong Nick & manang Minda, of course Steve and Aleli, and we don't wanna miss Arlene too, manong Willie & manang Myrna, Bob & Louie, Lea & Bong, Gina & Joe, Sharon, Mirriam, Aneya, Jonah, Grace, Audie, Daisy, Lorna, Aie Jr., of course Boy T., and yes Jojo & Joy, Lenie (Mones), Lizel, i-remind mo kenni manang mo ta saan kano nga agluklukat ti website tayo, auntie Minda Julio, and everyone we failed to mention (sino pa ba?), the foundation needs your untiring love, your financial and prayer support, so for and on its behalf, we are asking you to please send your contributions and love sooner than later to yours truly. what about that?
manang Aie, thank you so much for the updates. Uray no mabayag nga saan ka nga agsurat, no adda kan ditoy web, sulit na sulit ti pagur-uray mi kadagiti nabagas ken nagganas nga reports mo. We really praise the Lord for blessing the CYF with one like you.
Kadagiti kadugo nga dadduma dita Pilipinas who work hard and hand in hand with each other, please keep it up. Mailiw kami unay nga agassawa to work with you all and yet have fun with everyone.
