On Another Clear Blue Sky gone to waste
So much struggling no time to enjoy
How often do you sit down on a sunny day
The wind gently blowing, a split second your problems void

If only the mind could shut off for more than a minute
What if the wind could blow all your problems away
A pigeon flies from roof to roof top
Wouldnt it be nice to have that freedom every day

Control finally looks within your reach
Its only an illusion, just a picture in your head
Cause when things finally start picking up
Another setback, and your hopes fall dead

Ive been there, done it and tried many times
I dont know the meaning of wishful thinking anymore
Just when things start looking up
Someone locks that opened door

Then to the next day we go
A clear head, a positive outlook on life
The one I love is all I really need
And has now asked me unofficially to be his wife

What a day to be alive
The sun is shining, the sky is clear
But somehow I feel down inside
All I can put it down to is I miss you dear

I want to be home right now
Hugging you tight surrounded by your love
Wrapped in your arms where I know Im safe
Never could I ever hug you enough

Is it possible everything that could go wrong , does
And then they sort out in the exact same way
For a period, one thing after another was going wrong
Now one thing after another is being fixed everyday
