Subject: French Ring, MondioRing, and Schutzhund

The New England Ring Sport Club is hosting a problem solving seminar for working dogs in French Ring, MondioRing, and Schutzhund (RCI) with Dany Maison of France. The dates of the seminar are September 25th and 26th, both days starting at 9:00AM. The location of the seminar is Middleboro, Massachusetts. The seminar is limited to 20 dogs, so please try to pre register!!! The fee for the seminar is $75 for one day or $100 for two days - per dog.

Dany Maison began Ringsport in 1976 and to date has competed in over 200 trials with 6 Ring III dogs. ULYSSE - ALIX (German shepherd) CALIPE - EYRA - IDOL - MARKO (Malinois)

With CALIPE, his vision about training changed. A very big evolution in France had now begun with more technique and the possibility to have total control on the dog for the highest level of competition.

In 1991, when CALIPE arrived completely trained in Ring 3, it was a very big revelation in France. At that time nobody had seen a dog so perfect in every detail, like a machine.

Calipe was Champion of North of France 3 times in 1991 - 1992 - 1993.

Dany also made the Selectifs in 87 - 90 - 91 - 92 - 93 - 94 - 95 - 96 - 98 - 2000 with his dogs.

CHAMPIONNAT OF FRANCE

With CALIPE de l'Echo des Grandes Plaines in 1993 - 1994 - 1996 and With EYRA du Calvaire aux Acacias in 1994 - 1995.

5 time finalist at the French championship with Eyra and Calipe. After 72 competitions in Ring 3, Calipe retired in Reims in 1996, that day with applause and encouragement of the public.

Dany Maison was the first professional in France to supply adult dogs to the Gendarmerie and Police. He also presented them the first Malinois which at that time they called them "yellow dogs".
