Ich kann mich dunkel erinnern, schon mal von einem Prozess gelesen zu haben, in dem ein Arzt verklagt wurde, weil er _nicht_ die Zwangseinweisung vor dem Suizid eines Patienten veranlasst hatte.
Wie ein Arzt sich im Einzelfall verhalten wird, ist kaum vorhersagbar, aber ein Risiko ist es nat�rlich allemal.
