die beste Methode ist im Wald mit einer erheblichen Menge Alkohol zu erfrieren, durch den Alkohol merkst Du die K�lte nicht und du verlierst schneller die W�rme, da das Blut an der Oberfl�che zirkuliert. Die meisten Opfer sterben unter Alkoholeinflu� in den n�rdlichen L�ndern.

Schaue dringend noch einmal bei Geo Stone nach, dort findest Du alles �ber Hypothermie. Wie gesagt es kann ziehmlich lange dauern, am schnellsten geht es in einem See. Angeblich 10min, lt. Titanik Opfern.
