Man sollte im Zusammenhang mit Heroin mal kl�ren, wodurch die t�dliche Dosis �berhaupt definiert ist, bzw. ob da noch zwischen Tod durch Ateml�hmung oder rein toxischer Wirkung unterschieden wird.
F�r Ratten wird die LD50 mit 30 - 60 mg/kg angegeben, das w�re also die Wahnsinnsmenge von ca. 4 g f�r einen Erwachsenen f�r eine 50%-Sterberate. Danach d�rfte es eigentlich �berhaupt keine OD geben, denn soviel tut sich keiner rein.
