there is no surgery for mp......and it is not the same thing as schizophrenia....DID is the new name someone created. it is a separate issue from MP trust me on this ok? i don't want to give my name, i prefer to remain anonymous for a very good reason. those who know me will understand and respect this. each is a different personality, different races, different sexual orientations, nationalities, ages. all is possible yet these are all unique individuals and should be treated as such. also not all mp is created by trauma. i encourage you to visit this link....www.multiplepersonality.org for a fresher look at mp
