Another lie from Smith's website is their national advertising campaign. There isn't one! Not unless you consider a having a website to be a national advertising campaign. All advertising is left up to the individual franchisees. Smith expects everyone to walk around all the time in Smith's jackets, wearing Smith's shirts, carrying Smith's tote bags, and sporting Smith's baseball caps! That's his advertising! Dressing you up like a walking billboard, and making you pay for the clothes!!! If there is one thing you remember about Smith, remember this: He is a smooth talker, a persuasive personality, and he will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to pay 15 grand for a franchise. Don't do it.
