I agree somewhat but i think it's time to stop making excuses and be part of the mix, being talent that is dedicated to progress and not thinking of a turnover a few months or years later. A lot of stations do well when they don't have to keep replacing jocks or staff. Interns and talented people make up the mix and maybe thinking big can make you big. Not using the excuse that "Were a small Logan Station" that happens to broadcast in SLC. If your a Mechanic, you wont work at a Hair salon so its best to act like a Mechanic and fix what needs to be fixed. Start with a Format and a better uplifting morning show. All and All Im not bashing VFX, just think some new Ideas are at hand that could improve the whole product.

Yea your Right, KENTON is off the hook and since he came along has made a difference. He's LIVE for goodsake. GIves the station some reel-time attitude and life.
