(my arm hurts... and Adobe's still being mean and won't copy right!!!)
*he returns her gaze full force, not one to break eye contact easily, for he knew that was were most emotions were shown at, body language could lie, but most eyes could never.* A wise choice, m'lady, *he says, speaking slowly, gaze never wavering.* And, while I'll do nothing but try to persuade you to at least have a look, you've got no enemy in me if you desire not to. For I respect whatever decision it is you make, for 'tis your life afterall. Now, why thee should put thy (ah, romeo and juliet's doin my vocab good!) trust in me: never intentionally--or unintentially--will I lay hoof to a mare, whether they reside with me or not. Second, I'm no betrayer of trust and respect, for they are hard things to gain and should never be broken. I'll fight for thee with my life, if it comes down to it, and will not back away from a potentially dangerous situation, if one of those who trust me are in threat of being hurt. The mares (those that are actually active) are quite friendly and caring, foal's as well, who have and run their own section of land in terra, strictly for foals. *Having dwindled down to almost nothing left in his mind, he awaits, finished, her reaction, if any, his eyes still boring into hers.*
