I went way over my points today. We had dinner at my SIL's house and I blew it! I was so stressed about going there and then my worst fears came true!! I have such a hard time staying within my points in social situtions. Oh well. It's over with now. And journaled. Back on track tomorrow.

Yay! Stayed within my points and exercised. Need to do better on the water though. I attempted to make a new recipe for the scallops tonight, but completely ruined the sauce. Don't know what happened! So I used tomato sauce instead. oh well no big loss.
