Subject: Sharon's Week 3 Challenge

I'll post my week 3 progress here starting tomorrow. I need to be more faithful about posting this week! I'm going to repeat my challenge of trying something new each day, because I don't think I put enough effort in last week. I am also going to try to drink 40 oz of water each day.

Didn't stay within my points today. I did pretty well at drinking my water though. The italian sausage was not necessarily something new, but it was something I haven't had in a long time, so I think that counts!

I went way over my points today. We had dinner at my SIL's house and I blew it! I was so stressed about going there and then my worst fears came true!! I have such a hard time staying within my points in social situtions. Oh well. It's over with now. And journaled. Back on track tomorrow.

Yay! Stayed within my points and exercised. Need to do better on the water though. I attempted to make a new recipe for the scallops tonight, but completely ruined the sauce. Don't know what happened! So I used tomato sauce instead. oh well no big loss.

Got my exercise in, tried something new, overall I'd say it was a good day. Could have done better with the water though. Tomorrow I will stop at the store and buy a liter bottle of water to keep at my desk at work.

I need to play catch up here tonight. I guess I didn't do so good at posting faithfully this week huh?! LOL
Well, then I guess I'll repeat that challenge for myself next week.
I tried lots of new recipes this week though, and that was a lot of fun. I'm going to keep that up from now on as well. I also drank more water, but I think I still need to work on that even more.
I'll try to post my journal's here tongiht so that my week is complete, but I'll go ahead and rate myself now just in case I don't get to it.
I lost 1.2 pounds this week. Yahoo!! So that offsets the lack of posting this week, therefore I will give myself a 6.
