I had more water than I usually do yesterday, but did not hit the 64oz. mark. I had 36.oz. I'm working on drinking more today.

The water thing isn't coming along that well. Yesterday I only had 32oz. I'm "forcing" myself to drink it, and I don't like that feeling. I know it's good for me and helps with the weight loss, but I'm not thirsty. It's not as if I'm drinking sodas all day, I'm not drinking anything. This is an area that I definitely have to improve upon.

Also I have been putting it in the room temperature; usually it is easier to drink it if it is not that cold. -- gs, 14:49:30 01/15/03 Wed
