I didn't do so well at staying within my points this week! I also got behind on keeping my journal...

To give myself some positive reinforcement though, I am glad that I managed to stick with it even though I knew I was going over. I learned some valuable information about myself this week - that I have a tendency to stop journalling when I know I am going over my points. If I can learn to keep journalling no matter what, I may be able to control what I eat better and stay within my points.

Since I didn't manage to keep up with the challenge of trying something new this week, I'm going to repeat that challenge next week, along with the challenge of drinking water. I just received my first issue of Cooking Light magazine, so I'm going to take some time to go through it, pick out some new recipes to try this week, and then prepare a shopping list so I have everything I need. This type of planning is something I never do, so I'm looking forward to it!

Well, its a new week now. Fresh journal, fresh slate!
:) Sharon
