First of all, it's too bad that you ruined the ending of The Bourne Identity for me, I have yet to see it. You bastard.

Stigmata was so dark and brooding that her dying at the end would be a suitable ending. You don't need to put a happy ending on a flick like that. I agree with you, that was an unbelievable ending.

The endings I like are the ones that keep you hanging. I know a lot of people hate endings like that. There is a GREAT movie called "Limbo" starring David Straithairn and Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio. The film leaves the ending wide open for you to make your own interpretation. In the context of the film, it was the best possible ending. It's a must rent.
