If they are going to cast BA Barracus, they should cast Michael Clark Duncan. His voice is remarkable and intimidating. You are right though, Tyson's voice is too tiny to be intimidating.
I have also heard that Clooney wants to play Hannibal. That'd be okay, I guess, but when they cast these things I wish they would try to keep the characters similar to the way the characters were originally portrayed. That being the case, Clooney is about 20 years younger that George Pepard was when he played Hannibal. It's too bad that Anthony Hopkins is already known for playing a guy named Hannibal. That could be a fun part for him to play.
Otherwise, why not Gene Hackman or Jack Nicholson? Clooney would be a good Face. Sam Rockwell for Murdock. Duncan for BA. I'd pay to see that.
