As for the basketball hoops vs. homes, I stated that "the amenity area was there before those people bought their homes". I've lived here long enough to know that that is fact. Start with the model and work your way around the amenity area. See for yourself how many of those people bought their homes after the bb courts were there. You will be surprised.
