Sort of. Think about what he's really saying: for example, he calls her breasts (meaning the upper area of her chest just below her neck, which commonly was exposed by Elizabethan clothing, by the way!) 'dun', which isn't a word you'd use for white at all--in fact, it implies that she's darker complected, too. All in all, she's nothing like the golden-haired, fair-skinned moon goddess popular in this era--but how does that affect his feelings for her?
