In Sonnet 130, seems to be talking about his black Mistress and comparing her to everyday things that would be spoken about. He says her eyes like nothing like the sun, so her must be a dark complexion. He compares her lips to a rose, so her lips must be really red. He then compares her hair to wires, and wires are black, so her hair must be black as well. The he compares her skin to snow, which means she must be very pale. All these comparisons lead to the Dark Lady. For all these things speak of her.Though towards the end, he is saying that all these things about her aren't true. False compare, means what he has compared her to not true.
